BCARS Meeting Minutes - December 5th, 2024
A special holiday dinner meeting of the Bedford County Amateur Radio Society was called to order at 1930 hours at Hoss’s Restaurant by President Zachary Pepple and a quorum was declared.
In attendance that signed in were (25):

At the start of the meeting, a headcount was taken, arriving at 29 people in attendance.
Elections were held. Congratulations to the following elected officers:
- President 2025-2026: KC3KHK - Zachary Pepple
- Vice President 2025-2026: KC3HKZ - Gary Metivier
- Treasurer 2025-2026: KC3DNB - Steven Stiffler
- Activities Manager 2025-2026: KE3ZT - Stephen Wurm
- 1-Year Trustee 2025-2025: N3EYF - William Grover
- 2-Year Trustee 2025-2026: K3QNT - Lloyd Roach
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1940 hours.
