BCARS Meeting Minutes - December 4th, 2025

A special holiday dinner meeting of the Bedford County Amateur Radio Society was called to order at 1930 hours at Hoss’s Restaurant by President Zachary Pepple and a quorum was declared.

At the start of the meeting, a headcount was taken, arriving at 19 people in attendance.

Elections were held. Congratulations to the following elected officers:

• Secretary 2026-2027: KB3DFZ - John Hogenmiller
• Treasurer 2026-2027: K3QNT - Lloyd Roach
• 1-Year Trustee 2026: W3DRW Bernie Frank
• 2-Year Trustee 2026-2027: KC3WMI Ellis Bowser

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1940 hours.
